Was not looking forward to going to a car dealership to purchase a ford transit van. Due to supply chain issues, I had to order the van that I wanted. Four months later my van was at the dealer and the transaction went as promised. I was very pleased overall and would recommend auto nation ford in Torrance for anyone looking for a ford product. My 2019 Ford Edge was still under factory warranty. The issue we were told, required parts that were backordered until the day we were told the vehicles repairs had been completed( JULY 26-AUG 13TH) . I understand the challenging times we are all in right now... shortage of workers, chips and backordered parts but I do feel the communication from the dealership staff needs to improve. More
