Steve, my service advisor, provided the service for which I asked. I mentioned the brakes had been making noise and Steve said Ford did not recommend brakes at this time but probably next time. The Dealership gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. I forgot something important in my car and the driver took me right back to pick up the articles with a smile on his face. I've been taking my car to AutoNation Ford in Torrance ever since I purchased it and they have always been good about explaining the service needed and getting my car back to me by the agreed upon time More

I bought my 2013 Ford Edge at the Torrance dealership and have always had a pleasant experience when I’ve needed something, which isn’t often as my Ford Edge is an amazing car.
