Had a wonderful experience at AutoNation Torrance. I search for a F150 throughout southern CA and Auto Nation Torrance was the only dealership that was honoring MSRP (they did not charge the upcharge th search for a F150 throughout southern CA and Auto Nation Torrance was the only dealership that was honoring MSRP (they did not charge the upcharge that most dealers were doing). I really appreciated that as it indicated to me that they cared about consumers and customers. Leo and Angel were awesome!!! They sent me information on a dime and updated me on inventory in realtime. I was able to get the F150 I wanted with the packages I wanted and in the trim I wanted. Steve, my service advisor, provided the service for which I asked. I mentioned the brakes had been making noise and Steve said Ford did not recommend brakes at this time but probably next time.
