I rec'd a letter to make an appointment for a recall/repair. I called, the appointment was scheduled. The week prior to the appointment I was reminded at least 3 times of the date and time of the recall/repair. I called, the appointment was scheduled. I waited 15 minutes past the scheduled time only to be told the needed parts were not available. So we rescheduled.....lets see what happens... More

Relatively small, but irritating. I had asked to have my tires rotated, and was told that it had been done. I had marked my tires and checked the air pressure before I went to the dealer for service. When I tires rotated, and was told that it had been done. I had marked my tires and checked the air pressure before I went to the dealer for service. When I got my truck back, I checked my tires again when I got home. The air pressure had not been brought up to specs, and the tires had not been rotated. Like I said, small but irritating, they even marked the invoice that the pressure had been checked and inflated to proper pressure. More
