Bought our brand new 2013 Ford Escape at AutoNation Bought our brand new 2013 Ford Escape at AutoNation Torrance. Just brought it in for its 30,000 mile service and it just needed an oil change. Brought my Econoline van in for a repair. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, they were unable to help me. I needed a new transmission. It isn't their fault, parts are unavailable at this time due t friendly, but unfortunately, they were unable to help me. I needed a new transmission. It isn't their fault, parts are unavailable at this time due to the way old sleepy joe has run the country into the ground. I wasn't opposed to purchasing a new van, but those are currently unavailable either. I had to settle for a rebuild from and independent repair shop. I would recommend AutoNation Ford. Again, not their fault they could not provide service. 100% the doing of the Democrat Party, the global communists, and their fake pandemic. More
I chose to sell my car a couple of months ago, without realizing how low new car inventory was ( year 2021) Now I had been without a car for about 4 months, and every time I called a dealership they wer realizing how low new car inventory was ( year 2021) Now I had been without a car for about 4 months, and every time I called a dealership they were trying to charge Me an arm and a leg for cars, I know inventory is low and supply and demand raises price, BUT REALLY! Things were bad. I was recommended to Autonation Ford Torrance. All I have to say is EXCELLENT service, I got incentives .. and 0 BS. Walked in Angel took care of me, showed me a couple of cars because their inventory was also low, but their prices Were fair not 10,000 dollars over MSRP. Took the car for a spin and worked out a great deal with him and Shawn. Paper work didn’t take longer than 20 minutes. Amazing experience, if you are looking for a good deal and excellent service, Then this is definitely the place. More
I rec'd a letter to make an appointment for a recall/repair. I called, the appointment was scheduled. The week prior to the appointment I was reminded at least 3 times of the date and time of the recall/repair. I called, the appointment was scheduled. I waited 15 minutes past the scheduled time only to be told the needed parts were not available. So we rescheduled.....lets see what happens... More
