This is my first visit to Autonation Ford in Torrance since I just moved to the area 6 months ago. So far, they have exceeded my expectation and have made my visit experience a great one. When I called to make an appointment, they gave me a list of available service reps and I chose the one that I had the best experience with previously. When I arrived for my appointment, I found out that he of available service reps and I chose the one that I had the best experience with previously. When I arrived for my appointment, I found out that he was on vacation. Not the end of the world, but strange that they would book an appt. with someone who was on vacation. After waiting out in the cold driveway for about 15 minutes, I was attended to by another rep. She was friendly and did a good job of getting me checked in and providing a shuttle ride home. The service was a simple oil change, which usually takes a little over an hour. After 4 hours of not hearing anything, I called to check in on my car. I got voicemail and left a message. After another half hour, I still hadn't heard back and called again. This time I got my rep. She said she was just wrapping up and that my car was ready. Annoying that it took so long and that I needed to call to get an update. More
I went back and forth with Jennifer for weeks to find the right car at the right budget. At no time did Jennifer rush me or try to force me into a car/truck we didn’t want. We ended up getting the Bronco a right car at the right budget. At no time did Jennifer rush me or try to force me into a car/truck we didn’t want. We ended up getting the Bronco at a great deal, not marked up like most dealerships are doing in the the area. The whole experience was enjoyable and I don’t say that about dealerships often. We went back and forth on options, prices, payments and pictures until the right one came around. It made it super simple once we got to the dealership. They appraised my trade in, made sure they were able to pay it off, and we were on our way in the new Bronco. Jennifer continued to go above and beyond even after the paperwork was signed, showing us all the car and Ford App features. Lastly, finance didn’t push us into any add-ons when signing, like most dealers would. Will recommend to friends and be back when fiancé is ready for a new car next year.
