The the worst experience in my life with a dealer. Two times they booked me for service and both times they never reach to check my car. The repair was done right, but the service advisor lied to 3 times, telling me they receive the part, and after she said she didn’t receive the part. My car stay about 1 month and a week. I keep asking whe to 3 times, telling me they receive the part, and after she said she didn’t receive the part. My car stay about 1 month and a week. I keep asking when my card will be ready and the advisor will keep saying next week. To the point to ask for a manager and he wasn’t very help full. Such a bad actitud, I’m very polite. But the manager is just rude. If you have just one car as me, this is not your dealer. If you have more then one car and you can leave your car for a while, this is your dealer. And the service advisor will never communicate with me, i will have to be calling and looking for her. Because she will not return the calls ( I call 1 or 2 times a week ) I will come back maybe for a oiled change. More

This dealership is blatantly engaged in false advertising. They currently advertise several Ford Maverick trucks at MSRP. When you contact them, they tell you all they have left in their inventor advertising. They currently advertise several Ford Maverick trucks at MSRP. We placed our order for Bronco when they first were offered and stated to Deal with joseph at Auto Nation Ford Torrance. When the order was confirmed he invited us to come in and take a look at the dem offered and stated to Deal with joseph at Auto Nation Ford Torrance. When the order was confirmed he invited us to come in and take a look at the demo they had there and also drive test drive it. We fell in love with the car immediately. As time went buy and all the issues everyone was having due to covid we had to make some modifications to our order to secure the vehicle. The changes were made because Joseph kept constant communication with us and letting us know of any changes to insure that we get our Bronco this year. If it was not for Joseph open communication and honesty though out this process we might have moved on to another vehicle. We are happy with our new 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands Edition. Thank you you to Joseph and the whole AutoNation Ford Torrance Dealer for all of your help. More
