They are very friendly and proactive. The service they did was very fast. I was able to pick my car up by 12:00. In my busy schedule this is a big plus. did was very fast. I was able to pick my car up by 12:00. In my busy schedule this is a big plus. More
We bought a used car from them that rode well in the test drive and looked in good condition from what we could tell under the hood and inside the vehicle. I know Autonation inspects their cars (supposedly), drive and looked in good condition from what we could tell under the hood and inside the vehicle. I know Autonation inspects their cars (supposedly), but how on earth did they miss a leaking power steering pump, broken motor mounts, and a leaking rack and pinion needing to be replaced? Your mechanics are either incompetent or lazy (or nonexistent), your salesmen dishonest or obliviously unaware, or both. These are not small ticket repairs, and our trusted mechanic we took the car to the day after purchasing it gave us a repair estimate of $2500 on a car Autonation had listed for $5000, and we were told probably would have needed to repair part of the rear suspension down the line which would probably be another $500 on top of that. We did our research on the model we purchased, which the salesman even commented on when we test drove the car. We knew what was a good value for one in good working condition, and for the price this should have been one in reflected everything was well maintained underneath. We expected some minor fixes and maintenance on regular wear and tear due within the first year of ownership as it is an older vehicle with 108k miles on it, but nowhere near $3000 in repairs the first year. Fine - you cheap out and don't want to pay for some serious repairs on a used car you're selling, that's okay. But be honest and adjust the price to what it's worth, and let the customer know it needs some serious work that could otherwise become a dangerous issue on the road. I'm glad we had the sense to have it inspected within the 5-day return period, and we returned the car the next day. Which, by the way, their 5 day money back guarantee isn't truly a 5-day money back guarantee because we were told it would take 10 business days to return our check. Autonation Ford was quick to rush us to purchase the car and bring in a check, and quick to cash the check well before the 5 days was even up. So they now supposedly have to wait 10 days for the processing center to refund us a check - it's a xxxx shame they couldn't return the courtesy of expediency to us. Good luck to the next sucker who buys it from you. Never trusting or buying from Autonation again. More
Worst dealership you can ever deal with. I met with a salesman called 'Mohsen' The car was advertised with $21K and it is written on the sticker and their system with $21K. He wanted to sell it to me wit salesman called 'Mohsen' The car was advertised with $21K and it is written on the sticker and their system with $21K. He wanted to sell it to me with $25K without any reason. Totally scammer, avoid dealing with them. More
