Tom my service representative is first-class. Tom has helped me in the past with my car. If AutoNation Torrance does not promote this man, give him a raise, or both, they could lose such a good man. Whenever I see Tom will be the Service Representative assisting me. I know the odds of me having issues are slim and none. Well got my car back and it sounded like they fix the brake problem but no it came back the next day! So not impressed with ford it will be my last ford!
