As I go off to enjoy my brand-new Ford Maverick, I want to thank Joseph and the AutoNation Ford Torrance team for making this possible!! As a first-time new car buyer, I was naturally very nervous going in to thank Joseph and the AutoNation Ford Torrance team for making this possible!! As a first-time new car buyer, I was naturally very nervous going into my first big purchase. I had heard all of the horror stories from people who had terrible experiences at other car dealerships. At AutoNation Torrance, this was not the case at all! Joseph made the process very easy and enjoyable. I couldn't help but smile throughout the entire experience. His professionalism and positive/upbeat personality alleviated any stress I had going into this. I am pleased to say that I will not be looking any further when purchasing a new car in the future. 1st mechanic tried to sell $1,100 of un needed parts, then the repair was poorly done. I went from a grinding noise in the rear axle to a howling noise in the rear axle. Also, there is a detailed descrip then the repair was poorly done. I went from a grinding noise in the rear axle to a howling noise in the rear axle. Also, there is a detailed description of the work done, that does NOT include installing the gear set I was charged $397.88 + tax for. Finally, I did NOT receive the old parts as requested. When the dealer is open on Tuesday, I will be returning to lodge a formal complaint. More
