Worst sales experience. I have bought over 30 vehicles for my fleet and know the process well. They did not get me a copy of our sales agreement because we signed electron I have bought over 30 vehicles for my fleet and know the process well. They did not get me a copy of our sales agreement because we signed electronically and they added every additional warrantee they could think of without telling me. Total bull! and Illegal! That totalled about $6000 above what the price was supposed to be. Sales manager is a fraud and should not be trusted. I am taking this up with Ford corporate since Autonation Ford of Torrance will not take any phone calls. More

As a first-time new car buyer, I was naturally very nervous going into my first big purchase. I had heard all of the horror stories from people who had terrible experiences at other car dealerships. At AutoNation Torrance, this was not the case at all! Joseph made the process very easy and enjoyable. I couldn't help but smile throughout the entire experience. 1st mechanic tried to sell $1,100 of un needed parts, then the repair was poorly done. I went from a grinding noise in the rear axle to a howling noise in the rear axle. Also, there is a detailed description of the work done, that does NOT include installing the gear set I was charged $397.88 + tax for. Finally, I did NOT receive the old parts as requested. When the dealer is open on Tuesday, I will be returning to lodge a formal complaint. More
