Everything went perfect and they finished my oil change on time, best of all I used the points to pay so it was free! The cost was less at this dealer than i paid elsewhere as well. I will definatly go on time, best of all I used the points to pay so it was free! The cost was less at this dealer than i paid elsewhere as well. I will definatly go back More
Once again thank you to all at AutoNation Ford! I've been a customer for over 22 years. Purchased my Expedition there and had all my services there. I've been a customer for over 22 years. Purchased my Expedition there and had all my services there. More
I always take my vehicle to AutoNation Ford - everyone is so helpful, and the service is done on time and done correctly. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. so helpful, and the service is done on time and done correctly. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. More
Jesse Cisneros, my service advisor, is fantastic, thorough, professional, always calls me quickly with any updates, and good to work with. I have been receiving great service through him at AutoNati thorough, professional, always calls me quickly with any updates, and good to work with. I have been receiving great service through him at AutoNation Ford Torrance. The one issue that is weak and needs attention at this dealership, is there is no visible central service desk for any new customers to approach, or existing customers to go to if they don't have a specific service advisor already. As I did a couple of times when I first began my service at this dealer. You pull in and park somewhere in the tunnel area, confusing, and stand around hoping for a service advisor to voluntarily come out to you. It's random, and if they are all occupied, you will stand there un-attended, not sure where to go for quite a while. Maybe this scenario, due to building structure cannot be addressed, but it's unfortunate. More
IT WILL BE APPRECIATED IF EVERYONE IN THIS STORE WILL SMILE, BE COURTEOUS, POLITE AND HOSPITABLE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. IF THEY CAN'T DO THAT, THEN THEY ARE WORKING IN THE WRONG PLACE. THIS SIMPLE W SMILE, BE COURTEOUS, POLITE AND HOSPITABLE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. IF THEY CAN'T DO THAT, THEN THEY ARE WORKING IN THE WRONG PLACE. THIS SIMPLE WORK HABITS MUST START FROM THE UPPER MANAGEMENT DOWN TO THEIR PEERS. THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. KEEP ON SMILING. BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO FAKE IT. AFTER ALL, YOU CHOSE TO BE WORKING IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. GOOD LUCK! More
My beef is not with the dealership but Ford Nation in general. I purchased an extra full coverage insurance. When I pushed the key into the ignition, the ignition panel fell to the floor. I was told it general. I purchased an extra full coverage insurance. When I pushed the key into the ignition, the ignition panel fell to the floor. I was told it was because I pushe the key in and therefore it was not covred. How else do you start the car unless you push the key into the ignition receptical. I had to pay over $300 for them to screw it back in place. They must have a license to steal. More
