This was the slowest buying experience I’ve ever had. No one seem to know what they were doing. The finance guy was just terrible, and they use old-school paperwork. I arrived 50 minutes late for my 7:00 am appointment to install ordered truck bed liner and tonneau cover. Service advisor said only cover was here. I went to parts and they graciously called Ford Accessor install ordered truck bed liner and tonneau cover. Service advisor said only cover was here. I went to parts and they graciously called Ford Accessories.com for verification of order. The parts counter rep then went and tracked down and found the bed liner in their other warehouse. Service advisor said they would make an attempt to complete entire install same day. Not sure if job would be completed same day, I rented a car. But low and behold, they called at 2:41 pm that job was complete. They also texted a video showing car and installation. More
