Our initial experience was great It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer Hall our sales rep. She was very nice to work with and followed up to see if we were pleased with the car we purchased. Our meeting with finance also went very well so we thought we were on a good track home. Upon reviewing the documents we signed, I followed up with an email to get clarification on an extra $3500 extended warranty I signed up for on top of the $3600. After 2 weeks and 3 emails to finance for a quick follow up or at least to send an explanation or paperwork for what the extra charges are for, o response from finance Jennifer did jump in with a response, but she can’t answer the question I had. As great as she is, I’m sorry I can’t give our experience with Torrance Ford Top Notch rating. More

Bought a 2022 Ford Edge ST on July 2, 2022. Very nice experience overall. Bought the extra maintenance, paint, windshield and some other extra coverage. Thought I bought Ford products, nope. Al Very nice experience overall. Bought the extra maintenance, paint, windshield and some other extra coverage. Thought I bought Ford products, nope. All Auto Nation products. Shame on me. Three specific things were "Optional", Dent Protection, "Ford" Maintenance, Tire and Wheel Protection, Vehicle Protection Plan and Windshield Protection. Dealer added equipment, Wheel Locks and Door Edge Guards, not installed. I had to follow up myself to get that done. Still no follow up on the application of the paint protection. So, follow up on sold products has not been good. I liked my salesperson and the finance guy did an excellent job getting me 0% financing and he also did a great job of up selling the addtional products. Biggest complaint, once I drove off the lot 0% effort to follow through on getting the optional products installed More

The staff is all friendly, I’ve been going there for 30 years. The main reason I appreciate that dealership is because of service advisor Tom Noone he is always ready to answer questions keeps me informed years.
