This was the worst service experience ever. There were no updates on the service of my car so it was held in service 2 extra days which caused a huge inconvenience. At least this time they didn’t crash my car like the previous experience. I never plan on using this dealership service again. More

Had a very bad experience with Ford Autonation. My vehicle was with the ford for over a week and the diagnostic codes and issues that they provided was all wrong. Tried to get an end of lease buy out package so i can take it to my bank, instead all i heard was i have to buy it from the dealership at 7% rate for 71 months. When asked why the high rate?
