Jesse Cisneros gave me the best service for my Ford Escape. He told me on the phone that the transmission shifter bushing came in and to bring my car in to have the bushing replaced because of the rec Escape. He told me on the phone that the transmission shifter bushing came in and to bring my car in to have the bushing replaced because of the recall and no charge to me. I also had a complete service, oil change, tires rotated, etc. Also had a $10 discount on my bill which came to a total of $95.21..... he made my day! Awesome service department employee!
