AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg - Service Center

Left my truck for service and it had a tailgate recall. Advisor was going to check parts availability for recall to see if it could be done on same day. Never heard from advisor and no one would answer pho Advisor was going to check parts availability for recall to see if it could be done on same day. Never heard from advisor and no one would answer phone at dealership. So drove to dealership to pick up, it was dropped off at 8:45am arrived around 6pm. My truck set at dealership all day and was never touched. When I left service was ordered that night. Next day around 11am truck was finally ready. Recall was not done told to return if I had a problem with tailgate. Advisor said they were short help when I dropped off my truck and he forgot about it. It took a day and half to just service a vehicle. That is the worst customer service ever received from Ford. More

Had some engine work done under my extended warranty. Had the car towed to them and in about 5 days I found out the engine needed to be replaced. Insurance approved the replacement and I had the car back Had the car towed to them and in about 5 days I found out the engine needed to be replaced. Insurance approved the replacement and I had the car back in about 3 weeks. Happy to say it runs like a new car again (as it should) Thanks again for the great service! More

Made an appointment for an issue that was not previously resolved at the prior service appointment. Unfortunately, the soonest appointment was 2 weeks out and my car broke down prior to the appointment so resolved at the prior service appointment. Unfortunately, the soonest appointment was 2 weeks out and my car broke down prior to the appointment so I had in towed to Autonation. I was told they had no loaners but I could rent a car at the Hertz next door. My car was there for 8 days and they still had not started the repairs. I had my car towed to another service center that completed the repairs in 24 hours. Now I'm stuck with a 8 day car rental bill for $326. More
