I waited 3 hours at the dealership to spend $350 for a replacement key fob for my F150! I took them 30 minutes just to check me in for my appointment. After 2 hours I asked them why it was taking so lon replacement key fob for my F150! I took them 30 minutes just to check me in for my appointment. After 2 hours I asked them why it was taking so long to get a replacement key and they told me it was "programming" and that it was lunch time. I pointed out that my appointment was at 11:00, and I had hoped to get the key before mid-afternoon. Terrible customer service. I will never take my truck in for service at this dealership. More

My most recent experience there this Wednesday was VERY pleasant, especially in regard to the current unfortunate situation! Absolutely horrible service. 2nd time in to fix radio and the same part, 2nd time does not work. So have ANOTHER appointment in 2 days, and I will bet that piece won’t work either. General manager said he would have them call me and I had to call them 3 hours later. Left a message and 1 hour later, still no call back. I really like my 2014 Ford Escape and service at Auto Nation has been pretty good. My experience on September 28, however, as not satisfactory. I made an online reservation and listed three items for servicing. When I got to the dealership on time I was attended to promply. There was quite a line waiting for service so I decided to ask that only two items would be checked. One was to have someone check if a earlier recall had been properl;y done. I think it involved a nut of some kind. I thought that was at most 2 minute job, but was told that would require pulling a mechanic off the line and I should make another appointment. That left one item, an oil change - which was accomplished satisfactorily. A mulitpoint inspection was offered as was normal and was accepted. A good idea. One item was deemed necessary to be replaced immediately - new wiper blades. I had the blades replaced 5 days earlier and knew that they were performing flawlessley. This caused me to wonder how much of the remaining items (tires and brakes) needed immediate attention Maybe so! Who knows.? I was asked who was my assigned "guardian angel" ( I forget the exact title but was aware that Auto Nation had set up such a system.) And I could not identify the person who was assigned to look after me. But I thought that would be part of my file. It was not. But a good idea nevertheless. Excellent Customer Service from Frank Constantino I had brought my truck in for a quick oil and filter change. Spoke with Frank Constantino. I assume was a Service Advisor. He quickly diagnosed an und I had brought my truck in for a quick oil and filter change. Spoke with Frank Constantino. I assume was a Service Advisor. He quickly diagnosed an underlying issue with my truck when I casually mentioned my truck would shudder during acceleration. He identified an issue with my torque converter and my warranty would cover repair. Appreciate the 5 Star customer service! More
Incompetent Told me I needed new brakes and tires while I’m for the first time to get a recall issue addressed. Made a subsequent appointment for the tires and brakes. Once they learned it was a fleet car for work, I no longer needed tires or brakes. They did change the cabin filter. They also broke the glove box and closed it so I didn’t notice until I opened it. Left a mess of white, waxy shavings in my glovebox and on the floor below. So much wasted and lost time spent here. The worse part, NOT ONE SINGLE APOLOGY. Do not go here. Untrustworthy and apathy abound. More

Service advisor didn't stay on top of it and come to find out they had new guy who dis not know how to change the transmission. Fluid in a 2013 mustang. I took it few days ago to have oil changed and differential fluid changed. Rick was my advisor very good. However, I called because of squeaking when I went over bumps. Figured shocks struts or something. Well that day I was transferred to Derrick which I left message never called me Called today first guy I got acted like my questio s were some big mystery. I'm not a mechanic but would've either said bring it in or give a couple possibilities. He was a total baffoon. Last time I called they transferred me to Kens answering machine left message explaining I wasn't happy and just wanted to know what the squeaking could be. Still no call. I've been going there since we bought the car 3 years ago. Also I am looking for another car for myself and want to buy my mother one. I most certainly won't be using this place. Speak to few hundred people daily and will also let them know lack of service and integrity More

Worst service advisors I've ever dealt with,EVER! There is one advisor that has a clue, unfortunately for me she was on medical leave. Took my 2015 F250 Diesel in for standard 5000 mile oil change. Mentioned "again" when first got out of truck ,that passenger side ground cable keeps corroding. Advisor tried to tell me it's the two odd metals. Hmmm why doesn't other side do it. Her answer, well they must have used a different metal. Oil gets changed and tells me you need a fluids changed. Power steering,brake, coolant and fuel filter. Hmmmm I just changed fuel filter last time I was here when the other gentleman told me it needed changing at $177.00. Hmmm , I'm my opinion they do nothing but try and up sell you. More
