I got the vehicle back on Thursday afternoon after missing two extra days of work at $600 per day and then had a call from James at the dealership asking if everything was OK… When I told him my issues Regarding customer service he was pretty short and rude if you ask me and that is where the customer so-called service ended with James. To add insult to injury when I went to clean my windshield with the wipers they had not even filled the fluid container for that so I have doubts whether it oil change even took place so I am utterly disappointed and have nothing good to say about that department More
