I arrived early in the morning to have service done on my new vehicle, a tire checked and a few other issues. It took a few minutes longer than I had expected to get checked in as they were super busy. Once I got checked in I was assigned Harold Wilson as my Service Writer. Harold double checked my issues and went through each one thoroughly And told me you would be in touch as soon as you had more information. A couple hours later Harold Harold contacted me and I could meet and went through each Individual issue and told me where we were at with all of them. Harold kept incredible communications throughout the day updating me on my vehicle it was extremely knowledgeable In all areas. I typically do not write reviews But Harold deserve a great review Do you want way above beyond to have me assisted. One of the better experiences I have ever had at any dealership. Harold deserves acolaides. I will definitely be back and recommend this department to all this department to all my friends. More
Howard Wilson the Advisor was very prompt and helpful. He is always a pleasure to deal with. I always take my car to the Dealer as they are the expert if repairs are needed. is always a pleasure to deal with. I always take my car to the Dealer as they are the expert if repairs are needed. More
Normally have prompt service, but when I brought in my vehicle just to have “Low Tire Pressure” warning light checked , I waited over 4 1/2 hours ! My usual service advisor, Howard Wilson, was not ther vehicle just to have “Low Tire Pressure” warning light checked , I waited over 4 1/2 hours ! My usual service advisor, Howard Wilson, was not there - he always keeps me informed on my car’s status - but no one in the service dept. let me know what was going on with my car until I finally found someone and asked - hours later! This is not acceptable . Am sure it was a busy day, but the minimum consideration would be to let the customer know if it was going to be a long time in maintenance so that they can make plans if they want to wait or not. Turns out there was no visible nail or apparent leak in my tire , and it was just “re-spun” and filled . I hope to have a better experience with my next service appt, there, whenever that may be, if I’m going to continue to use this dealership to service my vehicle. P.Anders More
Keith always kept me informed about the status of my car. When it was determined that I would be without a car for the weekend, the dealership paid for a rental. Awesome! When it was determined that I would be without a car for the weekend, the dealership paid for a rental. Awesome! More
Took My Ford transit van in with the gearbox recall, oil change and ask them to check a rattling noise in the front right hand side of the vehicle underneath on a Tuesday as scheduled. I got the vehicle b change and ask them to check a rattling noise in the front right hand side of the vehicle underneath on a Tuesday as scheduled. I got the vehicle back on Thursday afternoon after missing two extra days of work at $600 per day and then had a call from James at the dealership asking if everything was OK… When I told him my issues Regarding customer service he was pretty short and rude if you ask me and that is where the customer so-called service ended with James. To add insult to injury when I went to clean my windshield with the wipers they had not even filled the fluid container for that so I have doubts whether it oil change even took place so I am utterly disappointed and have nothing good to say about that department More
