Louis my service advisor was good and that’s it. Not only is this the only Ford Dealership who doesn’t offer the most popular oil change method. AutoNation Ford took care of my Air Conditioner Problem under the extended warantee program. It took longer that I personally wanted but I understand that obtaining authorizations and parts are difficult under the extended warantee program.
