I had very bad experiences with this dealer. Two times take the car for a few hours scheduled repair and ends taking two days. No respect to customers time. take the car for a few hours scheduled repair and ends taking two days. No respect to customers time. More
Service advisor was rude, unfriendly and didn’t explain alignment warranty. My wife took our Bronco Sport in and I feel she was taken advantage of. When I/we picked it up the same treatment was given. Like alignment warranty. My wife took our Bronco Sport in and I feel she was taken advantage of. Micky was very nice but…the recall issue wasn’t fixed, it took 2 and 1/2 days, still rattling when started cold, nothing on the inspection checklist was marked off as ok or not. I had to call for information twice and drive over once to insure I would have my truck by the end of day three. I’m not confident I was going to be contacted. I have a hard time also thinking an inspection would find no maintenance needed after 80k miles. More
