My car needed oil change. I walked-in. Beth was very attentive, and took my car in for the service. Regardless it was very busy, all service people are working on a good pace. After having a tire issue on my Expedition the Electronic Limited Slip Differential Reduced Toque alert warning would periodically come on. I took the Expedition up to AutoNation Ford in St Petersburg for c Limited Slip Differential Reduced Toque alert warning would periodically come on. I took the Expedition up to AutoNation Ford in St Petersburg for check and repair. The cause for the warning light was reviewed and some diagnostics completed but the alert warning light continued to periodically turn on. My service manager, Micky C. and the service technician worked with me over the course of several weeks to correct the problem. Each time I brought my truck in they gave me the highest priority and consideration. The problem was resolved to my full satisfaction! You know the saying "going the extra mile" well AutoNation Ford went an extra 100 miles. I would recommend AutoNation Ford St Petersburg service department to everyone. More
