Drop off very easy, especially since I had an appointment later in month. Would call a fit in. Beth the service rep was very nice and said they would get back with me about problem. A day and a half later she called with the news and an estimate. After giving her the ok. I explained would be in hospital for surgery the following week. Long and short is that the car was ready prior to surgery. They went the extra mile to assist me. Good customer service on their part. More
I was in for routine service 2 days ago for my Escape. I missed my appointment, but when I called to rescheduled, they worked me in the same day anyway. That was appreciated. When all was done, Tony reviewed what was done and what would be needed at the next servicing. He also said that the paperwork was not ready and asked if he could email it to me, which I agreed to. However, when I read the paperwork that was sent, it was noted that the tire rotation was not done due to the lug nuts being swollen and that they needed to be replaced. This was NOT mentioned to me. In fact, they were already replaced once for the same reason. At THAT time I asked if the same lug nuts were used and if would it happen again. I was basically brushed off and the question was not answered. I now know the answer. It is not really an acceptable practice to replace defective parts with more defective parts and I hope that this gets taken care of in a better manner this time. Micky told me to come back next day at 7:30 am for my oil change service and promised I will be out the door in about 90 minutes. It all worked out just as Ms. Micky promised. Selim Aktel is a wonderful service advisor.Howard Wilson Selim Aktel is a wonderful service advisor. Howard Wilson leaves something to be desired. He set up a 7Am appointment and did not come to work until Selim Aktel is a wonderful service advisor. Howard Wilson leaves something to be desired. He set up a 7Am appointment and did not come to work until 8AM. This is not the first time he has done this to me. He should never set up an appointment for a time he will not be present. People thought I intended to wait for Howard until Selim asked me what I wanted to do. Thank God for Selim. The service visit after that was wonderful and the wait short. Thank you. More
