Appointment for an oil change, noticed someone that arrived after me was serviced first even though I asked if they had appointment, and was informed by the tech that they didn’t. I brought my car in 3 weeks ago and they told me I needed an appointment which is fine so I made the appointment. When I got there the person (Beth) was rude and didn't want to help and told me my headlight an appointment which is fine so I made the appointment. When I got there the person (Beth) was rude and didn't want to help and told me my headlight and sunroof wouldn't be covered under my warranty and that they would need Mt car all day. Then I get a call saying they sent it to another dealership and they would help me. Mind you they still have the car and it's been 3 days bit on the bright side this dealership did there job correctly and come to find out everything is covered under warranty. I will not be going back to this dealership anymore. More
