Took in my car for loud wind noise coming from windshield. While it was there I decided to have the maintenance done of new tires, oil change and new windshield wipers. Car was at dealer for nin windshield. While it was there I decided to have the maintenance done of new tires, oil change and new windshield wipers. Car was at dealer for nine hours and the wind noise hadn't been diagnosed. When I asked about it, I was told that the windshield cowl needed to be replaced and I would have to come back another day. Since I had time, I consulted another mechanic (wind noise was actually gone when I picked up the car) and he indicated that it was probably not the problem. Since the issue is gone, I saved myself the extra $400+ that I was quoted. I am not going to take the car back as now I don't actually trust that they aren't trying to sell me services that aren't necessary. More

I haven't had the best communication in the past BUT I just recently had my car serviced and Alex was my service rep. He was great, kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and how long he thou just recently had my car serviced and Alex was my service rep. We had a recall on a 2017 Focus. We brought our car in, and they had it for a week before diagnosed that it was, in fact, covered. We had nothing but trouble even trying to speak with someone. From this point, we had to wait 2 more days for the parts. Once we arrived to pick up the car we discovered they cracked our windshield. The service manager promised to order a new one and install it. We waited a week, and after not being able to speak to anyone on the phone, we returned. That prompted them to order the windshield. They told us to bring the car back Monday night, and they would install it on Tuesday. Guess what, it's Wednesday, and they car IS not done. WHAT A JOKE!!! More
