Miserable experience! Aimee and Kevin were incredibly rude. Auto Nation warranty is a complete joke. After 6 new Fords I am trading this one in on a new Toyota from non Aimee and Kevin were incredibly rude. Auto Nation warranty is a complete joke. I have brought my Explorer in twice to repair my front seats that are not cooling was not cooling. The first time nothing was done and the problem was not addressed. Yesterday they said the driver side wa seats that are not cooling was not cooling. The first time nothing was done and the problem was not addressed. Yesterday they said the driver side was cooling(it is not) but they needed to order a fan for the passenger side seat to cool. My service advisor was prompt and conscientious in helping me but I feel the technicians are not resolving the problem. More
