I have brought my Explorer in twice to repair my front seats that are not cooling was not cooling. The first time nothing was done and the problem was not addressed. Yesterday they said the driver side wa seats that are not cooling was not cooling. The first time nothing was done and the problem was not addressed. My service advisor was prompt and conscientious in helping me but I feel the technicians are not resolving the problem. More
