An unexpected rotten tire air valve caused my Lincoln to drastically lose air. Without an appointment, I was greeted by Michaela who listened to my problem and knew who to contact in customer service to hel drastically lose air. Shortly thereafter, Sarah at the Ford dealership on 34th street north in xx Petersburg responded and worked me in so I could head to Hospice for my regularly scheduled volunteer commitment. I was on the road again in an hour and a half. She requested the maintenance team to also check the other 3 valves and replace any missing valve caps. Furthermore, she asked another individual (Reggie) to ensure that my dashboard features were back to those features I preferred. Moreover she advised me of another problem that was beginning to emerge with my vehicle’s steering. She advised me of the cost and set an appointment that would accommodate my schedule in a couple of weeks. Sarah is an phenomenal representative of what outstanding customer service means, and the other individuals working with her epitomize what team work should be. Keep up the great work ya’ll !!! More
Great staff, Alex from service is incredible, fixed my truck very quickly. Very thorough on what were the problems that needed fixing.
