When I took my car there they said it would be ready in either 1 day or next Monday (it was a Thursday so they wouldn’t work on it during the weekend. Of course it was not ready on friday, which was understandable, but when Monday came they said the replacement of the part my car needed was not working and they needed to order a new one, which would take an extra day. That extra day I had to pay Uber to go anywhere and when I went to pick up my car on Tuesday they refused to make any kind of discount for a problem that was on their end and that had nothing to do with me. Besides that, they did fix the problem my car had. So there’s that. More

I had some reservations about using AutoNation for recall service, because the booking tool online didn't show availability for a few weeks. However, I picked a good morning slot where I could drop the car service, because the booking tool online didn't show availability for a few weeks. When I was dropping off the car, they had availability to perform the work that evening (within 30 min of me handing them the keys). That saved me a whole different round trip! More
