Had some engine work done under my extended warranty. Had the car towed to them and in about 5 days I found out the engine needed to be replaced. Insurance approved the replacement and I had the car back Had the car towed to them and in about 5 days I found out the engine needed to be replaced. Made an appointment for an issue that was not previously resolved at the prior service appointment. Unfortunately, the soonest appointment was 2 weeks out and my car broke down prior to the appointment so resolved at the prior service appointment. Unfortunately, the soonest appointment was 2 weeks out and my car broke down prior to the appointment so I had in towed to Autonation. I was told they had no loaners but I could rent a car at the Hertz next door. My car was there for 8 days and they still had not started the repairs. I had my car towed to another service center that completed the repairs in 24 hours. Now I'm stuck with a 8 day car rental bill for $326. More
