Lincoln went above and beyond my expectations. When the warranty company came back with a much lower number than the estimate, he assured me that he would talk to the adjuster and get it covered. When the warranty company came back with a much lower number than the estimate, he assured me that he would talk to the adjuster and get it covered. He did exactly that and I am extremely grateful. He was also very polite and answered the million questions I had. More
I was driving my 2103 Ford F250 Diesel and smelled something burning. I pulled over and saw a lot of engine oil leaking out underneath. I towed my truck AutoNation Ford St Petersburg. The service advi something burning. I pulled over and saw a lot of engine oil leaking out underneath. I towed my truck AutoNation Ford St Petersburg. The service advisor, Micky was very nice, upfront and honest, she said it may take a couple days for them to see what the problem was. Within a couple days, the dealership made a thorough and accurate diagnosis and provided a repair plan and cost. They also were able to help me with my breakdown repair warranty coverage. .While the truck was in for repair, Micky put me in a brand new 2025 F150 courtesy truck. Mostly due to backorder parts, the repair took a little bit longer than expected. When the repairs were complete I picked up the vehicle and the price I paid was exactly what was quoted. The vehicle is back on the road and leak free. Micky and the whole team at AutoNation Ford does a great job. They are courteous and friendly. Thank you! More

I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion that came with various undisclosed problems. The engine needs replacing along with the battery. After breaking down, the car was returned to the service center for repairs. A year ago I purchased a costly protection plan for 36,000 miles. Throughout the week, the service center has stalled, "investigated" and done everything they can to get around making the repairs or taking accountability for selling me a vehicle with a defective engine. They refuse to give me specifics regarding my vehicle protection plan and their obligations to honor it. I purchased and paid off two vehicles through the neighboring Crown dealership. Over a decade of doing business with Crown, there were no issues in terms of doing right by the customer or honoring warranties. I have never experienced such condescending and disrespectful managers, and there is a GM who refuses to face customers or work to resolve a dispute in a amicable fashion. Having worked for a reputable car dealership after college, it is apparent that this company lacks ethics and is only concerned about getting your money. Afterwards, you are on your own. No loaner, no replacement, no honoring warranty, do the best you can. There are better companies to do business with. Don't trust AutoNation Ford them with your hard earned money. More
