I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion that came with various undisclosed problems. The engine needs replacing along with the battery. Throughout the week, the service center has stalled, "investigated" and done everything they can to get around making the repairs or taking accountability for selling me a vehicle with a defective engine. They refuse to give me specifics regarding my vehicle protection plan and their obligations to honor it. I purchased and paid off two vehicles through the neighboring Crown dealership. Over a decade of doing business with Crown, there were no issues in terms of doing right by the customer or honoring warranties. I have never experienced such condescending and disrespectful managers, and there is a GM who refuses to face customers or work to resolve a dispute in a amicable fashion. Having worked for a reputable car dealership after college, it is apparent that this company lacks ethics and is only concerned about getting your money. Afterwards, you are on your own. No loaner, no replacement, no honoring warranty, do the best you can. There are better companies to do business with. Don't trust AutoNation Ford them with your hard earned money. More
