This service department was in desperate need of an overhaul- thankfully there is a new service manager and he apparently cleaned house and now, I am pleased to say: I would definitely recommend Autona overhaul- thankfully there is a new service manager and he apparently cleaned house and now, I am pleased to say: I would definitely recommend Autonation Ford for service. The staff at this dealership service department are always prepared. Brought in my 1 year old Eco sport for a regular checkup as it heavily used daily. I was glad they was able to work out a deal for my truck but did not like the trade in amount i was given and i went back to see if i could get the code for the door lock and was told ill have to pay for th but did not like the trade in amount i was given and i went back to see if i could get the code for the door lock and was told ill have to pay for that at the service department.
