This would be for a service my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport I am the second owner and the first owner did not do some major maintenance so being the new owner got a great deal on the vehicle when to AutoNation w am the second owner and the first owner did not do some major maintenance so being the new owner got a great deal on the vehicle when to AutoNation went into the service department and was introduced to Tony lanzilotta or otherwise known as Johnny on the spot he took every bit of my information research my vehicle and acted as if I was the only one in the building took great care of me could not ask for a better service writer. I needed a b g service for my transmission for my coolant and also for my brake fluid. Bg being the better service for provides. Tony personally went over to check on the vehicle to make sure that the service tech went through it as I am the new owner Tony's recommendations for the vehicle were spot on thank you.Mr Lanzilotta. Louis my service advisor was good and that’s it. Not only is this the only Ford Dealership who doesn’t offer the most popular oil change method. The price for labor on replacing a $10 part was outrageous. As is this the only Ford Dealership who doesn’t offer the most popular oil change method. I have no problem driving 40 mins to Walker Ford from now on. More
