So far the experience hasn't been good besides Jason the sales guy. I purchased a used Ram 3500 a few weeks ago. After only a day of driving it, a check engine light came on. Mind you at this point I made it clear that I need it back ASAP because we are planning a trip and that's the reason I bought the vehicle. I called the Service manager, he sounded annoyed talking to me. He promised a call back the next day with updates, nothing, that was three days ago. The only person who has been in simi communication is Jason the sales guy. Here's my issue, COMMUNICATION. Knowing my situation, not one person in management has reached out to apologize or really tell me anything. Its just not good business. Make this right and ill take this down. More
