We really liked Justin Garcia; he was very courteous. Drawbacks were: The manager was trying to make us feel bad for Justin if we didn't purchase the vehicle. He actually said that he was trying to help seal the deal for Justin since he spent so much time with us. He actually spent an hour with us, most of it, running back and forth to the manager, isn't that the salesperson's job?! Besides, Justin approached us in the parking lot, we were just looking that day. After thinking about for a few hours after we left, we decided to return to purchase that same day. Not a fan of the Finance person trying to tack on extra services and warranties. He also exclaimed, "oh, you are buying a Demo/Loaner!" We had no clue that it was a demo until after we were practically finished with the Finance person, and at that time we found out that there were over 600 miles on the vehicle already. When we walked out to the vehicle after the purchase, we were not shown any details about the Bronco. We found scratches on the vehicle which I asked Justin about, but he stated that those would "buff out", they didn't. He seemed to be in a hurry to move on. So, even though at first, we were excited about a brand-new vehicle, after seeing the scratches and being told it was a Demo, we felt taken advantage of, and we bought a used vehicle for the price of a new one. The vehicle was inside the showroom, I had no idea that they would showcase a Demo/Loaner in the showroom, and I definitely didn't think to ask! The Bronco we test drove was outside, and I would definitely would have asked if that was a Demo if we had decided to purchase the vehicle that we test drove. It's been many years since I purchased a new vehicle, and I was saddened to see that the same old tricks /scams are being used today to sell a car! More

First things first how the reservation went through. I did my first order 2020 it was black color and worldwide pandemic, soon after Ford mailed me a photo of my new baby bronco from the factory awww I did my first order 2020 it was black color and worldwide pandemic, soon after Ford mailed me a photo of my new baby bronco from the factory awww but when Ford introduced the Eruption Green for 2022 model I canceled my 2020 order and re ordered the green one so it was like another 9 month wait and finally April spring 2023 yet people from Cali and NY are still wearing masks, my green Bronc arrived @ Autonation Ford St, Pete - the BEST Ford dealership in the world! Spec with only 3 shrewd and smart options - roof racks, 10 speed automatic bc we are in the year 2023 not 1923 and the modular steel bumper + steel bash plate which I named The Deer Hunter , Pop the hood and you see the back of a 90s washing machine and a 2.3 straight four . 275HP is enough goin on altitude. Sky is the limit with this engine . front independent suspension and solid rear axle.best for Florida dunes and muds not rocks. Interior is mostly plastic which makes sense bc with the roof top off and it rains interior will dry out fast. No washable rubberized floor option for the base (badlands or black diamonds trim only) I peeled off the carpet flooring and install Smartliner all weather mat kit (NO pony logo, official Ford mats have logos). And Yes! Even in a base trim you can remote start by pressing lock 3 times or by using the FordPass app. Using the app you get all the techy features of the higher trim. Push the Trail Turn Assist button when youre about to fall off the side of the steep cliff or you just wanna burn rubber and make donuts, just be sure no popo around The GOAT mode on the the base has only normal, sport, eco, Slippery, and Sand mode, you can also opt for 2WD or 4WD. Upper trims have Mud/Ruts, Rock Crawl, Baja, and Tow-Haul modes. It has GoPro mount but NO usb socket on the dash .aftermarket is available and youll install it yourself if you don’t like long dangling cables. It only has 3 aux switch panels all on the dash nothing on the top. Higher trims have more than you can possibly use aux switches Basic manual (not digital, not touchscreen) AC control. Power windows , power mirrors , huge btw like the one in F150. You think off road vehicle first thing comes to mind are grab handles but nada, instead Ford has mounting screws for installing aftermarket grab handles with all shapes and colors. Hard top comes with a liner to reduce air noise and its pretty much noiseless driving in a city . Seats are cloth and they are fur magnet so if you have pets you may wanna buy alternative seatcovers . My first nag is how small and skinny the steering wheel is for my big hands (hello ladies) but surprisingly Steering wheel is nimble and lite for an offraoder. My next gripe is the tint which is dealer installed and it’s only like 70% ( insert Debby Downer’s face here), no match for FL sunshine. No hidef and sub audio although you get 3 month xirius radio free. 30 in. all season tires 16 in. steelies which I will upgrade after……..around.…….50k miles. backup cam is within the spare tire rack. So don’t buy spare tire cover with no hole. Matt finish plastic grill with a hard to recognize Bronco name a Bronco grill decal is a must, preferably Spaceship silver don’t Google it it don’t exist, Im only making up this color . And just the Basic LED headlights not the ring ones. Aside from the two nitpicks I absolutely love my configuration of the bronco I wouldn’t have it any other way even if I have a million dollars or maybe I would maybe I would…. And the final price WOW, CHEERS to Autonation General manager, financial officer, and my man KP! I don’t wanna disclose it but I’d be embarrassing myself If I’d still ask for a discount. More

The only thing I did not like was the smell of the spray they put into the air conditioner which we ordered. They told me it would be gone in two days at most and it was. When I didn't understand something, the gentleman I questioned had no problem actually showing a picture of the issue to me. So again, I was very impressed with the staff. Our service agent was Beth. We were very pleased with the service given to our vehicle. More
