I just recently purchased a 2008 Ford Sport Trac. This is my 2nd time buying a car from them. I have received excellent customer service for both purchases. He was patient, kind, and explained everything. He did not rush me to just sign papers like so many in the past. Other positive feedback: I love the way the showroom and the offices were in the open. Everyone was there. No hiding behind curtains and playing back and forth with the manager on pricing. Todd was up front and honest. My credit is not A+ and I believe Todd went to bat with Ford Motor Credit to get me the deal. Bottom line... the are doing something right at Autoway Ford St. Petersburg. It is not about Autoway. It is about Autoway Ford of St. Petersburg! Oh and I had to take the car back the next day (Sunday) because my computer screen went dead. I purchased a used car from this dealerhsip last night and this is the second car i have purchased from them... WHY? because they are fabulous! I did not feel pressured into buying a car. I felt like they we honest with me and were not there just to make the sale. The small dent was removed from the vehicle at no charge, and the technician did a fantastic job--you cannot tell it was ever there!
