I came in on Monday midday ready to buy a used mini cooper countryman that they had advertised with a photo of a white car with black roof - a car that looked unblemished. The salesman who returned my cooper countryman that they had advertised with a photo of a white car with black roof - a car that looked unblemished. The salesman who returned my call on the day before and on the way over saying the car only needed to be inspected and detailed, but that he would hurry at least the inspection process to make sure there was nothing wrong with the car before I came in. So he did do this, which was good. However when I got there after a 2 hour drive away, not only was the car way more filthy than I could have ever imagined, inside and out, showing also exposed wires all around the engine under the hood, dirt and yard debris on it and inside, but the car itself also looked NOTHING like the advertised photos and had undisclosed body damage. The ad pic it turns out was stock photo, and actual car had pink+black stripe decals all over, aftermarket pink side scuttles installed, pink side mirror covers, and a huge dent in the passenger door, causing it to scrape and buckle the front side of the car when opened. None of this he disclosed to me in our texts/calls. I was thoroughly disappointed, but since the engine inspection checked out okay, I offered to buy it in cash anyway if a discount given for cost of labor to have those removed myself. However, rather than reduce the price, he assured me he could instead have those stickers all be removed by them if I purchased the car or put a deposit on it that day. All being said I would not even have considered buying at that price had he not insisted they could have all stickers removed as part of the purchase agreement. He also assured me the undisclosed dent on the car could be pounded out by them before it was delivered to me, offering to do a "we owe you" clause on the purchase contract so that I could still take the car home that day and do 5 day purchase trial. So I test drove around parking lot only given he also wanted to do the detail cleaning to make it look more presentable, per his insistence. My parents and I then sat inside and waited literally 5 hours while the rep would come back from time to time saying he was running around all over the lot trying to get the car washed, and setting up a day when they could get decals removed and the dent fixed. By past nightfall, the car had finally been washed/detailed so we purchased it with the "we owe you" agreement on decal removal & dent repair. By this time though, it was late, and my 88 year old parents who came with me not be able to drive their car home without my help (a one-1/2 hour drive in the dark, and dense fog conditions that day). My parents were very nervous about this, so they asked if the car could be delivered to us instead. This took another hour for the salesman to find out, but finally he told us it would be delivered to us end of next day, and that since they would have the car in their possession another day they would take advantage to remove the decals then, leaving just the dent to be fixed on them another day when I came back. We were all happy. The next day however, when I checked in via text to confirm the status of everything, the salesman very rudely told me that only the thin pink stripe stickers would be removed and the huge black ones left (not what was agreed from minute 1!), and that all of that was a huge favor to me in the first place, which he didn't need to do. So rude and ridiculous, because it was no favor - it was the condition agreed for the purchase. To top it off, car would now not be delivered that day after all, but not til next day. However even end of next day the car nor the salesman are anywhere to be found. Now 4 days later my 5 day grace period to try the car (which I never got to test on the HWY at the dealer) is being eaten up while my car sits on their property, not knowing what on earth is going on. Neither the two managers, nor salesman returning my calls. A nightmare I hope can be canceled!! More
Came in to purchase a Jeep wrangler, I’m pre approved from my bank. First I was told that I was going to have issues with the pre approval, don’t know why, it’s from USAA. I sat around for over an hour w from my bank. First I was told that I was going to have issues with the pre approval, don’t know why, it’s from USAA. I sat around for over an hour waiting on my trade in value. I have a 2005 Jeep wrangler unlimited lj in excellent condition with new bilstein shocks, falken at tires, brakes pads, rotors, new top, winch, and only 73000 miles. They gave me an online quote of $11,796, when they looked at my Jeep they told me it was only worth $8,000. You know they would turn around and sell it for well over $15,000. Very disappointing and shocked. More

I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion that came with various undisclosed problems. The engine needs replacing along with the battery. After breaking down, the car was returned to the service center for repairs. A year ago I purchased a costly protection plan for 36,000 miles. Throughout the week, the service center has stalled, "investigated" and done everything they can to get around making the repairs or taking accountability for selling me a vehicle with a defective engine. They refuse to give me specifics regarding my vehicle protection plan and their obligations to honor it. I purchased and paid off two vehicles through the neighboring Crown dealership. Over a decade of doing business with Crown, there were no issues in terms of doing right by the customer or honoring warranties. I have never experienced such condescending and disrespectful managers, and there is a GM who refuses to face customers or work to resolve a dispute in a amicable fashion. Having worked for a reputable car dealership after college, it is apparent that this company lacks ethics and is only concerned about getting your money. Afterwards, you are on your own. No loaner, no replacement, no honoring warranty, do the best you can. There are better companies to do business with. Don't trust AutoNation Ford them with your hard earned money. More

Great experience, sales and finance were transparent and not pushy. I would definitely recommend paying them a visit if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. not pushy. I would definitely recommend paying them a visit if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. More
Art was a good sales representative to work with, I knew what I wanted. That made it easy for him and he had the service department scrape the old discolored and melted plastic off the rear window without m what I wanted. This place was so busy that I knew this was a reputable dealer. I’ll be back here for all my car buying needs. More
