Most dealers don't want to work on Class C motorhomes, but they were very helpful to diagnose my problem and also take care of a recall matter with my E-450 vehicle. Not so with Ford, a catalytic convert but they were very helpful to diagnose my problem and also take care of a recall matter with my E-450 vehicle. Not so with Ford, a catalytic convertor has been on backorder for over 9 months with no idea of when one will be available. I had to have an aftermarket one installed, causing my issue. My motorhome would have not been usable without it. Ford should have more dealers in a major metropolitan area that will be willing to service motorhomes on a Ford chasis. More
The level of Professionalism was Great. However, I felt like I should have been told beforehand that I was being charged 80+ dollars for an oil change BEFORE the process was completed. as However, I felt like I should have been told beforehand that I was being charged 80+ dollars for an oil change BEFORE the process was completed. as I would not have went to this dealership. The young man that assisted me did give me a discount after I expressed the lack of communication about the price More
If you'd like to schedule an appointment for service and then have your vehicle sit for three weeks with no updates unless you make a ton of calls, send emails, etc. this is the dealer for you! I dropped my then have your vehicle sit for three weeks with no updates unless you make a ton of calls, send emails, etc. this is the dealer for you! I dropped my vehicle off January 27th and didn't get it back until March 4. During that time, I had four different service advisors because turnover is that bad. The advisors couldn't care less for the customers. I pleaded several times that I needed a loaner for my warranty work because I have four small children, they didn't care. I even told the initial service advisor exactly where to start for the problem I was having. Without even investigating it, he told me that wasn't the problem I was having with my vehicle. Well, it actually WAS the issue, so much so that BOTH IWEs had to be replaced. I was told two times within a week when my vehicle would be ready and it wasn't ready either time. When it was finally ready they wouldn't leave a message stating so, they wanted me to call back because they wanted to inform me that my tires are six years old. Funny thing is, the vehicle is just barely five years old. They were reaching for a sale since all my work was covered under warranty. I wouldn't have given them a dime for tires after what I was put through for nearly a month and a half. I will never visit this dealership again and would have pulled my vehicle had my warranty not been approaching expiration. I will make sure everyone I speak to steers clear of this dealership. The way they treat customers, especially women, is appalling. More

Took my 2016 Ford Explorer to this location with a water pump leak. They had the car for 7 days. I called multiple times for a diagnosis. The service writer NEVER returned my calls after promising to che pump leak. They had the car for 7 days. I called multiple times for a diagnosis. The service writer NEVER returned my calls after promising to check for answers to my diagnosis and pricing questions. We finally received diagnosis and pricing for the repair. We declined the "extra" services but approved the water pump replacement. After calling again to see if the repairs were completed, I was told that there was an error on the repair price that I was originally given. The "error" was almost $2000 more than I had approved. We would have declined that price and found someone else to do the repairs. My husband drove to the service center and asked to speak with the manager. After a long discussion, the manager, Sean, finally adjusted our repair price - not back to the original price we had been given, but, something less than an extra $2000. I was not impressed with the fact that I had to keep calling for updates and NEVER got return calls when promised. I was definitely not impressed that and "error" of more than $2000 didn't seem to be a concern for your associates. Fortunately, Sean did what was right and the car is not leaking from the water pump any longer. More
