Before i reached my expected goal in the book, they came in, told me a few service items i should expect for the next scheduled appt and i stepped out to pick up my vehicle. It had been washed! All the service items -- and their safety check showed on the receipt -- and i drove off for home! We own two Autonation Fords, and i'm looking at a third soon.
