Unfortunately in today’s time we have to leave our vehicles instead of waiting to be told the issue and then given time and cost for repairs. Called and made appt. to have transmission looked at on my 2019 F150, not a problem setting up appt. Delivered truck prior to appt. time of 8:00 AM and went over concerns to have transmission looked at on my 2019 F150, not a problem setting up appt. Delivered truck prior to appt. time of 8:00 AM and went over concerns with advisor. Called advisor at lunch to find out status and was told there were 3 customers ahead of me. Advisor called back to inform me that transmission tech is backed up and it my truck wouldn't be looked at for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Advisor tried to explain why it wasn't mentioned the long wait period to just check the truck, This was a waste of my time taking and picking up truck not to mention having to waste the time of 2 others to pick me up and drop me off. If the dealership would have been honest about the wait time on having transmission checked I would have gladly set appt and waited. They have lost my business at AutoNation Fort Worth! More
