Then finally after I brought it back in a 3rd time they found what was wr times and each time nothing wrong but my car kept turning off while in use. Then finally after I brought it back in a 3rd time they found what was wrong and I’ve been without a car for a week and counting no one has reached out to me to let me know what’s going on I had to call and I left a message no one called me back. I had to go in and ask questions about my car. Still same thing it’s waiting 😠 More
Dropped of my vehicle for recalls and brake service, 8 days later they did not touch the brakes. The service person I was dealing with was horrible and never communicated. I’ve used Auto Nation on Bryan I days later they did not touch the brakes. The service person I was dealing with was horrible and never communicated. I’ve used Auto Nation on Bryan Irving and received great service. Can’t say the same for South Fort Worth Auto Nation, will never go back again. More
I wouldn't let this dealership work on my go cart. On December 14, 2023 I arrived at the service department to drop off my truck for a pre-arranged appointment that had been made three weeks earlier. On December 14, 2023 I arrived at the service department to drop off my truck for a pre-arranged appointment that had been made three weeks earlier. My 2016 F250 with less that 100k miles has death wobble. I have bought a heavy duty performance adjustable trac bar and a Bilstein dual stabilizer kit and had these parts installed at Meineke. After installing these parts, Meineke was unable to perform a front end alignment because the death wobble I'd been experiencing has prematurely worn out the outer tie rod ends and the center drag link. For Meineke to replace the worn front end parts would have cost me an additional $1800. When I bought the truck with 74k miles I also bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty that covers these front end parts. When I made the appointment with Tyrell and his supervisor they confirmed these parts were in stock if needed for my upcoming appointment three weeks later. On December 14 I dropped my truck off as scheduled and didn't bother them until the following Tuesday. I had to call NUMEROUS times to get someone to answer the phone. The person I spoke to said they would have Tyrell call me with a status update. Tuesday evening of December 19 Tyrell finally returned my call and told me the technician had already changed to oil and aligned the front end and was in the process of diagnosing the pinion gear oil leak. I asked about the worn tie rod ends and center drag link and he said they had not been replaced. I then asked how could the front end alignment have been done without the worn parts being replaced, but was unable to get a straight answer from him. I then asked him when my truck would be ready for pickup and he said Thursday December 21st. Thursday the 21st arrives and no answer when I call Tyrell. I called the main service department number and was informed that my truck was still being diagnosed. I asked what had been done and was informed that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO MY TRUCK DURING THE ENTIRE WEEK THAT IT HAD BEEN THERE - NO OIL CHANGE, NO FRONT END ALIGNMENT, NO DIAGNOSES - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK IT UP A FEW MINUTES AFTER BEING INFORMED OF THIS I FOUND IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN MOVED FROM THE PARKING SPOT I'D LEFT IT IN A WEEK EARLIER!!! More
Have always answered all questions. Extremely helpful if there has been a problem. Most of the time everything is completed in a timely fashion. Extremely helpful if there has been a problem. Most of the time everything is completed in a timely fashion. More
