The service department staff will cause a person to never return to this dealership for nothing else. They don’t communicate and the employees are rude, they do not answer the phone. Since when does it take 5 hours for an oil change and brake pads. Granted they have to get the pads from BMW but really to have a vehicle since 10 and I am the one calling and checking the status when I am the one paying. Freaking ridiculous because of your shop Manager Jason and Brandon the service tech. I will never return, Sewell BMW in grapevine for me in and out. Superior customer service More
