The service department staff will cause a person to never return to this dealership for nothing else. They don’t communicate and the employees are rude, they do not answer the phone. Since when does it take 5 hours for an oil change and brake pads. Granted they have to get the pads from BMW but really to have a vehicle since 10 and I am the one calling and checking the status when I am the one paying. Freaking ridiculous because of your shop Manager Jason and Brandon the service tech. I will never return, Sewell BMW in grapevine for me in and out. Superior customer service More

I drove an hour to buy a used car from them. It has been a nightmare. The check engine light came on before I even made it home. Six weeks later it is still on. Because they missed an open r It has been a nightmare. The check engine light came on before I even made it home. Six weeks later it is still on. Because they missed an open recall I had to drive back over there on a Saturday and get it handled so the financing would fund. But was told they couldnt fix the "check engine" light that day. Twice the paperwork had mistakes on it by the finance dept and had to be overnighted to me to re-sign. I love the car but very disappointed that 6 weeks later I'm still driving a car with paper plates and a check engine light on. I regret going there. In the future I will only shop for a car in the Dallas area and hope this never happens to me again. More
