They did good work at a reasonable price. There was an unexpected problem caused by simple miscommunication and the service rep & management spent extra time & effort to clear up everything. I appreciate very much the efforts of Service Advisor Brett Alvine and the Service Manager, who's name I didn't catch. My car is an older 2007 Ford, so a few parts had to be ordered, which took a few extra days, but the service tech (Sergio, I believe that is his name), was a quick worker when the parts did arrive. This is a result of owning and driving an older car, certainly nothing to do with the dealership. I've used AutoNation Ford South before and I highly recommend them & will use them in the future.
