Alignment check, tire rotation, Oil change, inspection and 30,000 mile check up. Dropped the car off first thing and was finished before noon. I recently bought an F150 and it's probably the most unsafe vehicle I have ever purchased. The salesman was great but the service department and the GM, I feel, just treat you like another number. My truck still has the same issue as the day I bought it. Their team totally dismissed my opinion on what wrong with the truck. I got the typical answer "well the computer doesn't show any codes so the truck must be fine". They didn't wash the truck after having it for a few days, in which I was told it would be and an oil change and 10k service was due and you would think they would have offered to do that as a convenience of having the truck, nope. The truck I use for work but I don't feel safe in it and won't put my family in it. Hopefully this is read and you choose a dealership elsewhere. More
Go only if you see the car there. Don't expect any special treatment as say's. Once papers signed, no one listen to you. Sales person don't tell anything about the car. In my case there was a crack on windshield which was not told ahead of time and never told me that there is only car key till delivery and asked for upto $200 for additional key.
