Extremely friendly and patient staff. Couldn’t make up my mind how I wanted to finance but they were patient and answered my questions, even though I repeated them over and over. They even showed me a 0% fin mind how I wanted to finance but they were patient and answered my questions, even though I repeated them over and over. They even showed me a 0% finance option I had NO clue about, saving me a lot of money. They understand your time is valuable and don’t try to keep you waiting or string the process along. What more could you possibly ask for when purchasing a new vehicle? The sales guy Trey was never pushy and ensured that all of our questions and concerns where answered. It took some time and effort to lo new vehicle? The sales guy Trey was never pushy and ensured that all of our questions and concerns where answered. It took some time and effort to locate the right truck but he was patient and courteous throughout the entire process. One of the most dreaded parts of buying a new vehicle is the hours upon hours that are spent in a dealership going back and forth and then completing the process. The sales manager Ali made sure that this was not our experience and we were in and out well within an hour. For the first time in a long time, we had an enjoyable experience purchasing a new truck as it very well should be. Time and money well spent and I highly recommend the team at Autonation Ford South! More
