As ALWAYS, they were GREAT! !!! Incredibly efficient! They handled everything on my service list in less than their estimated time. They made the entire experience EASY!!!! !!! Incredibly efficient! They handled everything on my service list in less than their estimated time. They made the entire experience EASY!!!! I showed up for my appt early, they were ready for me -- perhaps even ahead of me. I handed off the key, picked a fresh cup of good coffee, and settled in with my Kindle. Before i reached my expected goal in the book, they came in, told me a few service items i should expect for the next scheduled appt and i stepped out to pick up my vehicle. It had been washed! All the service items -- and their safety check showed on the receipt -- and i drove off for home! We own two Autonation Fords, and i'm looking at a third soon.
