Called and made appt. to have transmission looked at on my 2019 F150, not a problem setting up appt. Delivered truck prior to appt. time of 8:00 AM and went over concerns to have transmission looked at on my 2019 F150, not a problem setting up appt. Delivered truck prior to appt. time of 8:00 AM and went over concerns with advisor. Called advisor at lunch to find out status and was told there were 3 customers ahead of me. Advisor called back to inform me that transmission tech is backed up and it my truck wouldn't be looked at for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Advisor tried to explain why it wasn't mentioned the long wait period to just check the truck, This was a waste of my time taking and picking up truck not to mention having to waste the time of 2 others to pick me up and drop me off. If the dealership would have been honest about the wait time on having transmission checked I would have gladly set appt and waited. They have lost my business at AutoNation Fort Worth! More
