Sales experience excellent; closing the deal slow as there was only one finance staff member available. Cosmetic service failed. Since purchase was late into the evening, we were told to return and all there was only one finance staff member available. Cosmetic service failed. Since purchase was late into the evening, we were told to return and all of the chips on the car would be addressed. The card was not washed before addressing the chips and only the chips I pointed out were addressed. Upon discussion, Kaylen's response was if the car was to be washed, it would have to go to a whole different area of service and "my car has chips". I expected all the chips to be addressed with the car washed first to locate them, as promised. Used car certification failed. We had transmission issues and this was discussed with Kaylen. He stated this would be covered by the dealer warranty rather than AutoNation addressing it! The transmission oil was dirty which causes me to be very skeptical whether the used car inspection/certification was ever performed. Issue with the dashboard was addressed with Kaylen and he said it should be covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. It was not and should have been addressed by AutoNation. It appears that once AutoNation received funding, they were no longer interested in addressing the issues with the car as promised. More

I brought my Ford Escape 2017 in for a recall, maintenance and because my car has been making a sound and noise. I opted to purchase warranties and wanted to make sure to have the car serviced bef maintenance and because my car has been making a sound and noise. I opted to purchase warranties and wanted to make sure to have the car serviced before they ran out in the event the warranties covered them. When I finally picked up my car after calling for 3 days and leaving voice mails with no contact from the dealership I was informed that my service handler person did not put my concerns on his ticket so the car was not checked for the issues I was concerned about. I even told the service center of the issues I was having with the car and he told me that it would be in his ticket he sent before my appointment. He also advised that some of my concerns were previously worked on and obviously the issue is still there of it pulling slightly and shaking. Now, I will have to take my car to another location and be without a car for who knows how long. While I enjoy my car the service I have received since the purchase has been subpar. I brought my car in this pass summer for the same issue and was told that since they only had one mechanic at the time it was be at least two months for them to look at my car. More
