The whole process was done with customer service in mind. We never had to go through the lot to find the vehicle we were after, it was brought up to the front doors. Because of customer demand, the price wasn't as negotiable as we would like. However, they still made accommodations to help with more money for our trade-in. Overall, they treated us very well. I would recommend them. More
I am in the process of buying a new car. The attention to my needs and the amount of effort they put in is refreshing. I typically hate car shopping, but my sales guy Tyler and the team are really hitting it out of the park. I hope to take delivery soon and have no doubts it will be a pleasant experience. More
Facilities are not that up to date but the people there don’t seem like the usual xx people. They were up front about the premium interest rates offered through Ford and how their stores are “no haggle.” W don’t seem like the usual xx people. They were up front about the premium interest rates offered through Ford and how their stores are “no haggle.” We didn’t get get as much for our trade in as we wanted but it got close and was almost worth the little bit of loss for not having to deal with sneaky salesmen. Just make sure to always check the charges and ask questions to make sure everything you’re getting charged for is on your vehicle. Also, check the charges against the window sticker. More
Went to this dealership to give a loaner SUV a chance. Got there, and the salesman, Tyler Morgan, couldn't have been more of a !$&%!. Called me a liar when I found rust on the bottom of the SUV we looked Got there, and the salesman, Tyler Morgan, couldn't have been more of a !$&%!. Called me a liar when I found rust on the bottom of the SUV we looked at, refused to discuss some of the made up fees on the sales paper, and just flat out ignored us when we pointed out obvious damage on the vehicle. When pointing out obvious scratches on the vehicle I was rubbing my finger over them to see if they wiped off like if they were just dirt or something, and he accused me of scratching the paint by rubbing my finger flesh on it. I dont know how a vehicles paint could get scratched down to the metal due to someone slightly rubbing their finger over a mark to see what it is, but he sure accused me of it. This dealer lied about the MSRP of the vehicle (54k when it really was 51k) and then said were were getting a $7k discount. 4k from the dealer and 3k from a ford rebate. rebates don't count as a discount. Thery are to be applied to the vehicle after final sale. The dealer is still getting that money, it's just coming from ford instead of the buyer. So they wanted the price of a brand new SUV with no miles or damage, and essentially didn't want to give ANY discount due to the mileage and damage. Then they want to force me to buy dealer add ons saying they are already on the vehicle (not all were), and refused to take them off, and refused to take off the $700 appearance protection that we didn't want. Avoid this dealership like the plague!!!!!!! More
