I had been watching this BMW M6 on Cars. com for about 3 weeks. The website had it listed as a “Great” deal and I finally made the drive to Forth Worth to go look. Totally Worth It. The sales team was friendly, approachable, and upfront about all of the costs. I knew what I could expect to pay at the end of the day. There was no “take you to the back and give you the REAL bill with some fast talking finance guy”. We had a an awesome experience with no haggling. I also appreciate the amount of work the dealership put in the car BEFORE selling it. They put the proper, recommended Pirelli tires on my M6, gave it a tune up, and ensured the car was in full working order before even showing it. Other dealerships should take note of this step, too often I’ve sat in a car for sale and find mismatched tires and a check engine light on. This gesture alone warrants a sterling recommendation. My only feed back would be to consider updating the lobby a bit. Overall, a great experience and fantastic people. My wife and I enjoyed the genuine, good humored conversations with everyone there. The whole process was done with customer service in mind. We never had to go through the lot to find the vehicle we were after, it was brought up to the front doors. Because of customer demand, the price wasn't as negotiable as we would like. However, they still made accommodations to help with more money for our trade-in. Overall, they treated us very well. Facilities are not that up to date but the people there don’t seem like the usual xx people. Just make sure to always check the charges and ask questions to make sure everything you’re getting charged for is on your vehicle. Also, check the charges against the window sticker. More
